Non-Organic as the product is not certified at place of production. Approximately 800g baked weight. A dark, dense & rich sourdough rye tin loaf using Tuxford Mill (Nottingham) wholemeal rye flour, a touch of wheat flour (Yorkshire Organic Millers, York), our sourdough starter, and salt. Fermented over 2 days for maximum flavour and digestibility!
